My Services
Personalized Grief & End-of-Life Support

I offer direct support to individuals and families, with a primary focus on the intellectual and developmental and disability community (IDD).
Whether you are navigating loss, anticipatory grief, or end-of-life transitions, steady guidance can help you feel supported and less alone.
Services

Grief & Loss Support
Grief within the IDD community is often complex and layered. Caregivers may be carrying their own sorrow while supporting someone else’s.
I provide individual, family, and caregiver sessions that create space for grief to be acknowledged and expressed. Our work is calm and grounded. At times, we may incorporate creative practices such as writing, art, or storytelling to help process memory and meaning.
When grief is supported with care and clarity, resilience grows.

End-of-Life Support
As a trained end-of-life doula, I offer emotional guidance and presence during the time leading up to and surrounding death.
This can include anticipatory grief support, advocacy within systems of care, and steady companionship for individuals and families. End-of-life support is not medical care, it is human care, centered on dignity and agency.

What It’s Like to Work Together
Our work is compassionate and steady. There is room for tears, and room for laughter. My role is to help restore balance, strengthen confidence, and support meaningful living after loss.
